Ski packages include boots, skis, and poles; snowshoe packages include snowshoes and poles. Taxes are included, but trail access fees ($3.25 per person) are NOT included. Trail access fees can be paid at the Ski Centre’s reception area (City of Ottawa).
No, they are ready for use! (our classic skis are mechanical/ skin base and skate skis are pre-waxed).
Yes! There are great cross-country ski trails in the national capital region (Gatineau Park, Nakkertok).

Helmets are not required, and most cross-country skiers do not use them, but it is always a good idea to use extra precaution and wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.
We have a one-day sale of our used equipment in December, prior to Christmas, and again in March at the end of the season.
